The paper's reported 26% average branch-coverage improvement and 11 unique bugs
(four exclusive) belong to its KLEE/12-program evaluation. F396 does not reuse
those numbers as SymCC results. The official artifact exposes separate
extraction, parameter-selection, and value-sampling stages plus a silhouette
threshold; F396 implements only the executable discovery/control-plane
prerequisite and lifecycle-safe routing described in the local report.
