# F398 ParaSuit Branch-Rarity Parameter-Selection Evidence

This directory seals the 2026-08-13 mechanism evidence for F398. It proves
the local inverse-frequency oracle, standalone/synergy attribution, stable
bounded branch-outcome sampling, production wiring, state-triple rejection
paths, complete Python identity gate, and LLVM regression status. It contains
no target campaign and makes no coverage, solver-throughput, bug-yield, or
end-to-end speedup claim.

The fixed four-observation oracle gives standalone baselines `A=1.5,B=0.5`,
combination scores `A=0,B=1`, and selects only `B`. The final isolated timing
run reports medians of 3.716 us for rarity analysis, 22.554 us for ParaSuit
selection, 9.274 us for the F186 hierarchy, 79.099 us for a 128-record trace,
and 700.904 us for bound three-file reload. These values measure small
synthetic Python mechanisms only.
